Juice County Players develops young athletes on and off the court — building skill, character and college pathways through elite training, mentorship and exposure.

How we build athletes

Our approach is simple and repeatable: teach the fundamentals relentlessly, compete at a level that exposes weaknesses, then coach through them.

Development First

Skill before scoreboard. We teach footwork, shot mechanics, reads and habits that hold up at the next level — then let competition prove the work.

Academics Matter

GPA tracking, study hall and NCAA eligibility guidance. A scholarship is earned in the classroom as much as in the gym.

Mentorship Always

Every athlete has a coach who knows their family, their school and their goals — and who stays in their corner after the season ends.

Pathway Clarity

Athletes and families always know the next step: what to improve, which events matter, and how colleges evaluate them.

Coach Justin Reeves

A former collegiate guard turned full-time developer of players, Coach Justin founded JCP to give local athletes the structure and honesty he wished he’d had at 15.

He leads the 17U national roster, oversees individual training and personally handles every college coach inquiry that comes through the program. His standard is consistent: show up, work, tell the truth, and take care of the people around you.
