Community Impact & Mentorship

Basketball is the vehicle, not the destination. JCP invests in the whole young person, academics, character, leadership and community.

Built on four commitments

JCP exists to develop complete athletes  skilled competitors, strong students and better people. Every program we run ladders into one of these four commitments.

Mentorship Circles

Every athlete is paired with a coach-mentor for check-ins on school, family and life beyond the gym.

Study Hall & Academics

Weekly supervised study hall, GPA tracking and NCAA eligibility guidance for every high school athlete.

Leadership Academy

Captains' workshops on communication, accountability, conflict and leading peers under pressure.

Community Service

Team service days: youth clinics, neighborhood cleanups and holiday drives across Juice County.

Free Youth Clinics

Quarterly no-cost clinics so cost is never the reason a kid can't learn the game.

Family Support

Parent workshops on recruiting, budgeting travel ball and supporting a student-athlete.

Better players. Better people.

Our athletes are held to expectations that reach past the box score: show up on time, do the schoolwork, respect officials and opponents, and give back to the community that supports them.
Partner organizations, schools, businesses and volunteers make this possible. If you’d like to support a clinic, sponsor an athlete, or bring JCP mentorship to your school, we’d like to hear from you.

Partner, sponsor or volunteer

Community programs run on people. Reach out to volunteer, sponsor an athlete’s season, or host a free clinic in your neighborhood.
